We now present this solution and the approach to the same for your approval. The details regarding the cost and time estimates, the deliverables etc are conveyed to you at this point.

Refine

We listen to your feedback and refine our approach and the solution according to that. A revised design is submitted to you. Any changes in the estimates are also communicated at this point.

Produce

With your approval we now start the production. This involves many departments in our team including Database developers, Quality and Testing personnel, System Architects, Developers and will be guided by a Project Lead. A detailed time and date schedule will be presented to you before this.

Launch

We work closely with you and your team to implement the system. We develop the guides and tools necessary to ensure that the system delivers the agreed upon results. The required training and support to the users are also provided in this stage. A smooth handover of the application to the concerned users of the application is the focus here.

Maintain

Our team will be ready to maintain the system for you and also to look into any enhancements that will be needed to improve the effectiveness of the system. As you can see we manage the process right from Concept Development through Delivery, Implementation and Maintenance.
